PeopleSoft Developer role-Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.Location: prefer – California – can be remoteEssential Job FunctionsDesign, develop, customize, and implement PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and HCM solutions to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.Perform technical design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and documentation of PeopleSoft applications and integrations.Develop and maintain PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface (UI) components for enhanced user experience.Configure and customize PeopleSoft application modules, including but not limited to Student Administration, Academic Advising, Student Financials, Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors in PeopleSoft applications.Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft technologies, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, and collaborate with functional teams to address business needs and requirements.Required Education, Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on technical experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and HCM development.Strong expertise in PeopleSoft PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and PeopleSoft Application Package.Proficiency in PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface (UI) development and customization.Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules, such as Student Records, Academic Advising, Admissions, and Student Financials.In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Talent Management.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Greetings !!For More Details & Immediate Response Contact - https://www.linkedin.com/in/saisreenca/
