OverviewNurse Manager - Wound Care, General Surgery, and Plastic Surgery Clinics40 hours per weekAdministers an assigned nursing program or organizational unit with responsibility for planning, selecting, and/or devising the methods and policies/procedures to be used and for directing nursing supervisors and/or other personnel in the accomplishment of designated goals. Strategizes to improve efficiency and eliminate barriers that impact patient and family centered care.Performs other duties as required or assigned.QualificationsGraduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 2 years of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership ability required.Masters of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.Certification in a specialty preferred.Required Licensure/Certifications- Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibilty. - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required. - Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) within one year of hire date.Area of Interest: NursingPay Range: $98,800.00/Yr. - $138,840.00/Yr.
