The resulting creation of wealth will grow opportunities for all.Duties And ResponsibilitiesReviews and analyzes reports related to game equipment performancePrepares and tests gaming machinesMaintains a sense of urgency in responding to calls for assistance or when dispatchedConducts scheduled preventive maintenance on all assigned electronic bingo gaming devicesMoves and installs machines as neededResearches and diagnoses game equipment malfunctionsTroubleshoots, reads meters and performs regular maintenanceCommunicates all information to fellow Technicians and Game ManagementTakes initiative to ask for and offer help to guests, co-associates and managementWorks closely with Vendor TechniciansAdheres to MICS/TICS, Company and Departmental ExpectationsHelps maintain a working inventory of parts and suppliesOther duties & responsibilities as assignedJob Requirements (Please Ensure You Meet The Listed Requirements Prior To Applying)High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employmentMust be twenty-one (21) years of age or olderOne (1) year experience in a casino Gaming or casino IT department (Class II or Class III) – preferredOR two (2) years' experience working with computers or electronics – preferredMust be able to lift and maneuver at least 50 lbsMust be able to lift a minimum of 150 pounds using a dollyMust successfully pass job interview, including a guest service auditionWilling and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysWilling to travel and participate in training as recommended or requiredMust have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this positionMust have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environmentNATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN PREFERENCE IN HIRING POLICY SHALL BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMESComplaints about the recruitment or selection process for employment should be directed in writing to office of the President and CEO of Wind Creek Hospitality.J-18808-Ljbffr
