Complex litigation group of a growing boutique law firm is seeking the following (must be FL barred with FL experience):Responsibilities of the Business/Real Estate/Construction Litigation Associate:Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.Take pride in work on a low volume complex caseloadAttend court appearances in Florida state and federal courtsCommunicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clientsRequirements for the Litigation Associate:2 - 4 years of litigation experience at a civil/commercial litigation law firmLicensed to practice law in Florida requiredLooking for a motivated young attorney who wants to learn from senior attorneys and grow as a litigator. You will get hands on training on high stakes, high value litigation. CompensationPay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and qualifications.
