Senior Python Engineer

*Position:* Python Engineer *Location:* Bellevue, WA (Onsite) *Job Description:* We are currently seeking a dedicated Python Engineer to join our team in Bellevue, WA. This role requires hands-on experience in developing and deploying software solutions in a lab environment, with a strong emphasis on network monitoring and troubleshooting. *Responsibilities:* * Design, develop, and deploy software adapters/platforms in a lab setting. * Monitor and maintain operational status of pipelines running in the lab. * Troubleshoot and resolve network issues within the lab environment. * Collaborate with teams to enhance system performance and integrate new features. *Must-Have Skills:* * Proficiency in Python and Perl for scripting and automation. * Extensive experience with Unix/Linux environments. * Strong capabilities in Shell scripting. * Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network-related issues. *Good to Have Skills:* * Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Kafka. * Background in the network or telecom domain, with an understanding of relevant technologies and practices. * Web development experience, with knowledge of current web technologies and frameworks. *Desired Candidate Profile:* * A problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership. * Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across functional teams. * Innovative thinker with the ability to adapt to new technologies and challenges. * Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
