This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in marketing with a strong interest in event management, communications, digital marketing, and campaign coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience supporting marketing programs, webinars, conferences, trade shows, social media, and corporate communications in a fast-paced professional environment.What You'll DoAssist with planning and execution of webinars, conferences, trade shows, recruiting events, and internal meetingsCoordinate logistics including registration, schedules, meeting coordination, materials, catering, and event communicationsHelp manage project timelines, task tracking, and event checklistsSupport speaker coordination and presentation preparationAssist with live and on-site event executionAssist with execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiativesSupport webinar scheduling, promotion, and follow-up activitiesHelp ensure campaign deliverables are completed accurately and on timeCoordinate marketing materials and internal communicationsSupport management of the company social media calendarCreate and schedule social media posts using approved brand templatesAssist with content formatting and basic graphic coordinationMonitor engagement metrics and support reporting activitiesAssist with marketing activities in platforms such as HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing toolsSupport-E-Mail scheduling, contact list management, and campaign trackingMaintain organized and accurate marketing data and filesHelp organize marketing assets and materialsWhat We Look ForRecent college graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related fieldInterest in marketing, events, communications, and digital marketingInternship, coursework, campus organization, or volunteer experience related to marketing or event coordination is preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with willingness to learn and grow professionallyFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, or marketing tools is a plusCoursework or experience related to event management or event planningExperience coordinating campus events, student organizations, or internshipsExposure to marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar toolsInterest in corporate marketing, life sciences, healthcare, or professional services industriesECI is an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at ECI without regard to race; creed; color; religion; national origin; sex; age; disability; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; genetic predisposition or carrier status; veteran, marital, or citizenship status; or any other status protected by law.
