The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives working independently yet is also comfortable being hands on and collaborating within a team. This role offers valuable exposure to broader brand marketing functions and provides a strong opportunity to expand and deepen your overall marketing skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet acquisition, retention, and revenue goals across paid, owned, and earned channels.Plan, manage, and optimize SEO, SEM and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing) to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.Lead paid social advertising on platforms including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads; manage targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation.Oversee content marketing initiativescontent strategy, editorial planning, and distributionto support SEO, lead generation and brand positioning.Manage CRM-driven campaigns and lead nurturing in Salesforce to drive pipeline and improve lead-to-customer conversion.Implement and run marketing automation programs (HubSpot/Marketo) and email marketing campaigns for lifecycle and retention marketing.Design and execute A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments across landing pages and funnels.Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance; produce actionable insights and regular reports.Perform basic data analysis and ad hoc queries (SQL) to support deeper performance analysis; visualize results in Tableau/Looker and Excel.Manage website content via CMS (WordPress) and coordinate basic HTML/CSS updates with development when needed.Collaborate with creative teams using Adobe Creative Suite to develop on-brand assets and campaign creative.Own campaign budgets and timelines, track spend vs. performance, and report ROI to stakeholders.Drive product marketing and brand initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market plans and messaging.Mentor and coordinate with junior marketers and external agencies to scale execution and ensure quality delivery.Qualifications4+ years of ad agency or client-side Advertising/Marketing experience. Use and solid understanding of a range of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Communication is key - strong oral and written communicator, comfortable providing clear feedback grounded in brand strategy.
