In this role, you will be working with home décor products including picture frames, mirrors, wall décor, and wall art. The role requires someone that is very organized, detail-oriented, and is a problem solver.WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop and source new product lines across home décor product categoriesConduct market and trend researchCoordinate projects with cross functional teams including design, production, and salesCommunicate daily with overseas factoriesAssist manager in analyzing cost sheetsOversee time and action calendarsMaintain product images used for ecommerce sitesTrack all development submissions and samplesSupport manager with day-to-day operational tasksPerform related duties as assigned.COMPETENCIESEfficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft suiteStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsAbility to communicate clearlyFlexible and fast-pacedMust be able to multitaskAbility to manage priorities and shift tasksStrong team player with a positive attitudeEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE3-7+ years' experience in a product development or production related role
