This position ensures service excellence, strong client relationships, and consistent execution of cleaning standards while coordinating staff, projects, and on-site logistics. Annual reviews and bonus structures are in place for growth with the team.ResponsibilitiesOperations & LeadershipOversee all daily cleaning operations across a multi-building campusSupervise on-site janitorial teams and ensure work is completed to specificationMaintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the facilityConduct daily site walk-throughs to verify quality and address issues proactivelyEnsure all daily cleaning logs and documentation are completed accuratelyTrain new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment useManage supplies inventory, order necessary cleaning products and equipment to support ongoing operationsDevelop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while meeting client expectationsAddress any maintenance or custodial issues promptly to minimize disruptions and uphold quality standardsClient & CommunicationMaintain a strong, professional working relationship with the customerServe as the primary on-site point of contact for day-to-day needsRespond quickly to concerns and ensure timely resolutionAct as liaison between on-site teams and company operations leadershipProject CoordinationPlan, oversee, and coordinate project teams for weekday and weekend workSupport special projects such as deep cleaning, floor care, and event supportEnsure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectationsInventory & Site ManagementMaintain consistent inventory of consumables and cleaning suppliesCoordinate supply ordering and storage for uninterrupted serviceEnsure equipment is properly maintained and utilized safelyQualificationsExperience supervising janitorial, custodial, or facility service teamsStrong leadership and team coordination skillsExcellent client service and communication abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple buildings and priorities simultaneouslyProficient with reporting, logs, and operational documentationWork ScheduleFull-time salaried positionFlexibility to support weekday operations and occasional weekend projectsQualificationsProven experience in custodial work, janitorial services, or facilities maintenance with a strong background in commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning environmentsDemonstrated leadership skills with prior porter or site management experience preferredKnowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and other floor maintenance proceduresAbility to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectivelyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyExcellent communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with clients effectively
