Our front desk staff will work closely with the Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager in an inspiring, fun work environment to ensure that Students are happy and the studio remains immaculate.QualificationsPassionate about wellness and The ClassOutgoing, friendly nature with a great attitudeDetail oriented, organized, reliableAble to pivot and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAble to take initiative for problem solving with confidenceAble to handle retail operations and drive salesMust have customer service, hospitality and or sales experienceMust have excellent communication skillsMust work cohesively in team environmentPrior experience with Mindbody or similar booking software is preferredMust have strong computer skillsMust be available mornings, evenings, weekends and holidaysResponsibilitiesGreet, check-in, and welcome Students for ClassDeliver excellent customer service and hospitality to all current and prospective StudentsClean and prep studio, including mats, floors, and mirrorsClean, prep, and stock common areas, including bathrooms, locker area, and front deskSupport Teachers with Class setup, breakdown, or Student questionsMust possess full knowledge of The Class method, schedule, and retail offeringsAssist Studio Manager and other staff members with daily studio tasks, checklists, and projectsReport any questions or issues to Studio Manager in timely mannerHelp keep track of inventory and suppliesAssist Studio Manager with training of new front desk staff if neededHelp maintain the aesthetic and atmosphere for The ClassAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Job LocationI'm interested
