The ideal candidate will be a calm, decisive leader with a proven track record of bringing clarity to the vision, being data-driven and practical, and building trust across the organization. This role is pivotal in a fast-growing manufacturing environment, where the successful candidate will be responsible for executing with focus, aligning teams, and building the leadership and operational discipline necessary for sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include leading and owning the EOS operating system, translating vision into actionable priorities, and driving operational alignment across various functions. The COO / Integrator will also be instrumental in elevating the leadership team, designing the organizational structure for growth, and establishing clear performance metrics.Applicants must have senior operational leadership experience in a $40M+ revenue organization, with a strong background in manufacturing, including exposure to lean principles. Full P&L ownership and a demonstrated ability to scale an organization are essential. The role requires a leader who is proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues, and who can maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence. Experience in multi-facility operations, ERP implementation, and a competitive, market-focused approach to business are highly valued.
