Are you up to the challenge?The OpportunityGridline is seeking a VP, Fund Controlling to serve as the departmental head and strategic architect of our fund administration. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be the ultimate authority on the financial integrity, compliance, and operational scale of our entire investment vehicle suite. This is a leadership mandate designed for a seasoned expert who can balance high-level strategic planning with the technical rigor required to oversee complex private market structures.In this role, you will not only manage the day-to-day fund lifecycle - including complex subsequent closes and multi-jurisdictional reporting - but you will also be responsible for building the team and infrastructure that powers our growth.
