CFO

Our client, a $20M privately held company is searching for a CFO to join their team.The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial affairs of the organization and contribute to the long term growth and profitability of the company.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for financial reporting and analysisDevelop and analyze financial controls, projections, and budgeting to safeguard company assetsMaintain and implement accounting policies and proceduresHandle special projects and ad hoc reportingFinancial analysis, review and complete due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and the establishment of new divisions within the companyQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingMBA or CPA is preferred, but not requiredMinimum of 10 years related experience with a multi divisional companyStrong leadership and management skillsMust have strong inventory management experienceExperience implementing new software systemsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to prepare and present financial analysis and projections to company owners and banksKnowledge of e-automate and/or QuickBooks highly preferredFor immediate consideration, please submit your resume to Joanmarie Bolding, Managing Director of Recruiting at jmb@stafffinancial.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
