U.S. citizenship or U.S. national status required. nMaximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS088, T4, Band 7 nJob-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: nnnDesign, implement, and operate enterprise DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines supporting large number of developers across multiple teams and toolchains. n nnManage and optimize CI/CD toolchains including GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps (ADO), Nexus, SonarQube, Checkmarx, and Selenium to enable secure, automated software delivery. n nnDevelop and maintain pipeline automation to support continuous integration, automated testing, code quality analysis, security scanning, and deployment across development, test, and production environments. n nnPerform reliability engineering functions to ensure CI/CD platform availability, scalability, and performance, minimizing pipeline failures and deployment delays. n nnIntegrate security controls and DevSecOps practices into pipelines, ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards and federal requirements. n nnAdminister and maintain source control repositories, artifact repositories, and pipeline configurations to support efficient development workflows. n nnMonitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement improvements to enhance developer productivity and system stability. n nnCollaborate with cloud engineers, developers, and operations teams to align pipeline capabilities with AWS and Azure cloud platforms and enterprise architecture standards. n nnSupport onboarding of development teams and applications into CI/CD pipelines, providing guidance on best practices and automation standards. n nnSupport platforms that enable VoIP, VTC, and real-time communications systems, ensuring secure and reliable software delivery in mission-critical environments. n n nJob-Specific Minimum Requirements: nnnBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). n nn7+ years of experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD engineering, software build/release engineering, or related roles. n nnDemonstrated experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms. n nnHands-on experience with DevSecOps toolchains, including code quality (SonarQube), security scanning (Checkmarx), artifact management (Nexus), and automated testing tools. n nnProven experience supporting large-scale development environments (50+ developers) with multiple applications and tool integrations. n nnExperience implementing pipeline automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to support repeatable and scalable deployment processes. n nnExperience performing platform reliability engineering, including monitoring pipeline performance, troubleshooting failures, and optimizing system availability. n nnDemonstrated experience integrating security and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines. n nnExperience managing source control systems and branching strategies in enterprise environments. n nnExperience with monitoring and logging tools to track pipeline performance and system health. n nnAbility to develop and maintain technical documentation, pipeline standards, and operational runbooks. n n nPreferred Skills and Qualifications: nnnOne or more relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or equivalent. n nnExperience supporting federal government environments. n nnExperience operating hybrid or multi-cloud DevSecOps pipelines (AWS and Azure). n nnStrong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. n nnExperience integrating DevSecOps pipelines with cloud-native services and container platforms. n nnFamiliarity with ITSM/ITOM frameworks and integration with change and release management processes. n nnExperience supporting real-time communications systems (VoIP, VTC) in mission environments. n nnStrong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills across complex toolchains. n nnAbility to collaborate across development, cloud engineering, and security teams in a high-tempo environment. n n n#techjobs #clearance #veteransPage nMinimum Requirements nTCS088, T4, Band 7 n#TSTECH nMaximus is an equal opportunity employer.
