Job title: Senior Software EngineerExperience: 6+Location: Newark, CA Contract – W2 (Onsite) Needed Experience on Motor Vechicles The Role of a Software EngineerPrimary Function: To design, develop, implement, test, and maintain software applications for businesses and computers, including both new programs and significant enhancements to existing systems.Core Job ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Fine-tune and improve complex software projects.Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document system requirements to create effective software solutions.Coding and Development: Write new programs based on client specifications and modify existing ones to meet new standards.Testing and Quality Assurance: Prepare detailed test plans, create test data, conduct unit testing, perform quality assurance reviews, and resolve bugs.System Implementation: Implement software, customize it for clients, and create migration packages for testing and deployment.Troubleshooting: Perform in-depth troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.Required QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in engineering.Technical Skills: A strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.Specialized Experience: Experience in large-scale systems software design and development, as well as troubleshooting and unit testing both new and legacy systems.
