Associate Accessories Designer

FIGS is seeking an Associate Designer to contribute to the development of Accessories. FIGS product categories will include headwear, socks, bags, and HCP tools/accessories such as lanyards, keychains, and related items.You will own portions of the design process from concept through execution, translating brand direction into commercially viable, style-forward product that meets the needs of healthcare professionals.What You’ll DoDesign and develop styles within assigned categories (Accessories & Footwear)Translate seasonal concepts into product that balances style, function, & commercial viabilityCreate compelling sketches, CADs, and presentation materials to communicate design intentOwn tech packs and BOMs for assigned styles across seasonsDrive development process in partnership with Product Development and Technical DesignEnsure design intent is maintained through development while meeting cost, quality, and timeline targetsResearch and interpret trends, materials, and market insights across RTW, workwear, and performance categoriesApply insights to inform design direction, product decisions, and category evolutionParticipate in fittings with informed input on fit, construction, and design intentCollaborate with Technical Design to problem-solve and refine productPartner cross-functionally (PD, Tech, Merchandising) to drive product forwardEnsure alignment across categories to deliver a cohesive brand experienceManage own workflow and priorities across multiple projectsEnsure deliverables align with seasonal calendars and business needsRequirements3+ years of experience in apparel designExperience in the accessories categoriesStrong understanding of silhouette, fit, construction, and technical designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Miro (3D tools a plus)Experience working in PLM systems (Centric a plus)Other Must-HavesStrong collaboration and communication skills with a team-first mindsetHigh level of ownership, initiative, and follow-through; reliably delivers on commitmentsDetail-oriented with a proactive, get-it-done approach to problem solvingPositive, solutions-focused attitude; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentBrings energy, curiosity, and a consistent drive to learn and growWillingness to support across all aspects of the design process—no task too smallPassion for thoughtful, functional design that elevates and supports healthcare professionalsFIGS Compensation And BenefitsPay RangeAt FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's hourly range is between $75,000 and $90,000. Actual salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
