We are seeking a Technical Process Supportwho thrives within a manufacturing environment.
You will work closely with operators, technicians, maintenance, and engineers, acting as atechnical helper on the shop floor while developing your engineering skills through practical experience and mentoring.
What You Will Do
Act as a technical helper and first point of contact for production teams on process‑related issues
Provide day‑to‑day hands‑on support to troubleshoot equipment, process deviations, and quality issues
Analyze production data to identify root causes and practical improvement options
Design, optimize, and fine‑tune manufacturing processes and operating parameters
Plan and support trials, experiments, and validations directly in the production area
Implement approved process changes and ensure smooth adoption by operators
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost
Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
Monitor process performance and proactively address emerging issues
Strong technical and practical problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working on the shop floor and supporting live production
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and process control
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to operators and technicians
Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO)
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple technical tasks
Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to influence without formal authority
Manufacturing/industrial setting with frequent shop‑floor presence
Exposure to production equipment and processes
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
Your Key Accountabilities
Executes assigned tasks in General Production following standard operating procedures and safety/quality requirements.
Maintains accuracy and completeness of records, documentation, and transactions in line with controls.
Recognizes issues or inconsistencies and supports the continuous improvement of work procedures and instructions.
Supports colleagues and responds to stakeholder requests in a timely, professional manner.
Maintains accurate documentation and records in line with policies and procedures.
Escalates issues, risks, and deviations promptly to supervisor and follows through on corrective actions.
