We're genuine co-owners, and this ESOP setup promotes a culture of collaboration and engagement throughout MSA because we all have a direct financial interest as owners." -Project Engineer - Transportation, Cedar Rapids OfficeResponsibilitiesThe work you may doPrepare and administer municipal loan and grant applicationsCoordinate funding requirements with engineers, agencies, contractors, and local leadersAnalyze data and support planning and infrastructure projectsFacilitate public engagement activitiesMonitor wage rates and ensure funding complianceBuild strong relationships with municipal, county, and state partnersTravel occasionally within the Midwest (primarily Northern, Central, and Western WI)QualificationsWhat you bringSkills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:Associate's degree in Public Administration, Finance, Planning, Business Administration, or related field requiredCommunity and economic development experience required5+ years of experience in the application and administration of various types of funding grants requiredIntermediate user of Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel requiredExperience with ArcGIS and 3D graphic tools preferredThis position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
