Key Responsibilities IncludePerforming hands-on testing of electrical hardware and software, developing unique requirements, and supporting system maturation across various configurations.Managing suppliers to ensure component design aligns with project schedules and specifications.Creating clear documentation, technical reports, and specifications based on customer and technical demands.Analyzing test results, predicting performance issues, and interpreting data to inform design improvements.Communicating development progress and influencing future infotainment architecture, features, and development methods.Proposing innovative functions and enhancements to meet market and customer needs.Qualifications And SkillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering or similar STEM field.Minimum of 3 years industry experience with vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation.Strong work ethic, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Workstyle: Onsite role with potential for one remote workday per week with approval.What makes this role attractive?
