Duties Assist in preparing screens, inks, and materials for the screen printing process to ensure smooth production flow Set up and calibrate printing equipment according to project specifications, maintaining precision and consistency Support the application of designs onto various substrates Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency during production runs Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during printing Conduct quality checks on printed products to verify color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality Experience Prior experience or training in screen printing or related manufacturing processes is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity are essential for precise setup and quality assurance tasks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards This role offers a vibrant environment where creativity meets craftsmanship.
