Learn more at www.cbgbiotech.com.CBG is looking for a results-driven Field Service Technician to install, service and repair CBG’s recyclers at North America customer locations. You’ll aid our mission by driving a positive service experience during each customer service call.CORE DUTIESWork cooperatively with CBG’s Technical Services team to meet customer expectations and goalsPromote positive work environment through open communication and collaborationPerform installation, maintenance and/or repair of CBG recycling units at customer siteAccurately document service data, photos and action tickets into CBG’s ERP systemBuild positive relationships with customersIdentify training opportunities to pursue with CBG’s Technical Services and Production associatesIdentify and relay new product opportunities to CBG Product Development team.Provide support to CBG's Technical Services Department during regularly scheduled in-plant time, including but not limited to customer support, repair/preventative maintenance on in-house units, technical writing, etc.As required to meet customer demand, support Production Department with equipment builds, testing, etc. during regularly scheduled in-plant time.Deliver excellent customer service at all times and through every stage of the customer journey.JOB REQUIREMENTSProficiency with electrical circuitry and wiringGeneral knowledge of electronics and programmingGeneral knowledge of plumbingCompetency with hand tools and metersMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to interpret technical schematics, diagrams and manuals accurately for diagnostic/troubleshooting purposes.Strong customer services skillsSolid computer skills using Microsoft and ERP software2+ years experience in a field service technician role (preferred)Travel 50-75% domesticAbility to remain flexible, professional and resilient amid the demands of regular service travel.Valid Ohio driver license and clean driving recordWe offer Competitive Wages, Paid Time Off, Medical, Vision, Dental, Disability, Life Insurances, Flexible Work Hours and 401K match.All candidates must pass drug and background/credit screening.
