Mobile HVAC Technician
Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.Job Title: Mobile HVAC TechnicianLocation: Cleveland, OHWhat's the Job?Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations. Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal operation. Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards. Conduct preventative maintenance, monitor equipment performance, and record system readings. Maintain inventory, manage contracted maintenance, and oversee technical proficiency in various systems. What's Needed?High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
