The Business Models and Pricing team plays a critical role in driving long-term business growth by maximizing value-capture across the entire SAP product portfolio, accelerating customers' transition to the cloud, and unlocking the transformative power of AI. In close partnership with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Commercialization teams, we design business models and define monetization strategies to expand revenue, grow share, accelerate cloud shift, and facilitate cross-sell.ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Business Models and Pricing Specialist - Industry Solutions, you will be responsible for the following areas:Develop business models and the associated pricing and packaging strategy for SAP solutions targeting strategic industries to grow revenue and shareSimplify the portfolio per industry by consolidating and rationalizing existing solutions based on market demand and internal performance insights to improve the purchase and procurement experienceDevelop monetization strategies that leverage SAP's industry portfolio to drive competitive differentiation and adoption of broader SAP applications and solutionsInnovate monetization approach to motivate customer adoption and usage of public cloud solutions, while simplifying the go to market and purchase processContinually evaluate, learn, and adjust monetization strategy through a data-driven approach that draws on competitive analysis, market research, sales insights, and financial performancePresent, influence, and align senior leaders and the broader organization through cross-functional collaborationExperience & Skillset5+ years of experience in business, economics, strategy, or a related fieldProven experience developing creative solutions to complex business problemsAbility to build trusted relationships across a large organization and influence a diverse set of stakeholdersStrong business acumen – problem solving and analysis, strategic thinking, ability to executeAbility to breakdown and navigate complex topics through effective presentation and storytelling to secure alignmentGrowth mindset and creative problem solver who thrives in an ever-changing environmentAbility to deliver high-impact outcomes on high-priority projects, work independently, manage escalations and provide necessary day-to-day support for the portfolioExceptional written and verbal communication, particularly with senior leadersUndergraduate Degree required; MBA preferredFluent in English
