Responsibilities include conducting audits, providing training, and ensuring best practices are followed. This role offers competitive remuneration and growth opportunities.Role ObjectivesAnalyze and optimize business processes and workflows.Collaborate on designing and executing Quote to Cash products.Monitor effectiveness and adjust for continuous improvement.Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. ResponsibilitiesDrive business process automation for subscription functions.Gain cross-functional alignment across various departments.Plan and monitor business process changes.Analyze complex business problems and collaborate on solutions.Test solutions and present findings to senior management. Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.10 years of experience in process analysis, especially in Enterprise Applications like eCommerce, Salesforce, ERP, and Zuora.Strong knowledge of CRM, CPQ, Order to Cash, SaaS/Cloud applications.Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Google Workplace, MSFT Office, and SFDC CPQ modules.
