Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done.DSHS CFO is requesting a Project Manager (PM) to work with program and IT to implement Invoice Tracking System replacement project activities. This includes but not limited to facilitate meetings, manage the project milestones and deliverables and change request, manage risks and issues, track project budget, manage project scope, complete various reporting, etc. to ensure the project is completed on time and under budget.II. Experience should include developing and managing project plans, documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans10RequiredAbility to research, gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems; and to prepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems10RequiredExperience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC process10RequiredExperience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholder. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.10RequiredAbility to appropriately summarize and escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates and conduct regular project team meetings10RequiredAbility to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment10RequiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills8RequiredAgile methodology, overseeing and tracking development progress, and ensuring project assignments align with project timelines8RequiredAgile Experience - Managing the project with feature driven sprints5PreferredExperience implementing and using agile methodologies and best practices for 1 or more State of Texas Agencies5PreferredPrior experience in healthcare or Public Health2PreferredPMP Certification
