Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and direct the daily activities of a manufacturing team to ensure production targets are met. Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions. Maintain production schedules and allocate resources effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues on the production floor. Collaborate with management on production planning, staffing, and process improvement initiatives. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas for safety and maintenance needs. Recommended QualificationsProven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising and motivating a team. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and feedback. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting. Experience with quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
