You will ensure each device is properly imaged, updated, tested, and documented before it moves to the next stage of deployment or resale.As a new team member at Close the Loop, you will be trained to:Prepare devices (hardware checks, BIOS configuration, network readiness) Deploy OS images using MDT/PXE/USBInstall and verify all required drivers and firmwareTroubleshoot hardware and functionality issues, including:KeyboardMouseMicrophoneCameraAudioDisplayNetwork connectivityMaintain accurate logs, documentation, and device inventoryRead and understand policies, procedures, and training materials.Assist in daily housecleaning activities to ensure your work environment is clean, orderly, and free of slip/trip hazards.As a new Team member, you will contribute by: Experience with MDT/SCCM or similar imaging toolsUnderstanding of Windows deployment (WIMs, drivers, boot media)Ability to diagnose driver and hardware issuesFamiliarity with vendor tools (HPIA, Dell Command, Lenovo System Update)Strong attention to detail, time management, and documentation skillsPassing a background check and drug test.Performance Expectations (KPIs): Successfully image up to 80 devices per dayMaintain 100% driver/firmware complianceEnsure 100% accurate documentation (serials, results)Resolve common issues within 3-5 minutes, escalate further issues to supervisorFollow all SOPs with zero unauthorized deviationsWork Environment: Climate-controlled technical labFrequent standing and device handlingLift and handle computer equipment safely (up to 30 lbs)Fast-paced, production-focused environmentSchedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.Apply Today!Join us in making a meaningful difference for our planet and future generations!This position is currently accepting applications.
