Role Description This part-time on-site Esthetician role is based in O’Fallon, MO. The Esthetician will provide a variety of personalized beauty services, including skincare treatments, hair removal, and consultations. Responsibilities include evaluating client needs, recommending appropriate treatments and products, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the spa. Additionally, the Esthetician will support the team in ensuring a positive and welcoming customer experience. Qualifications Proficiency in skincare treatments and hair removal techniquesBackground in performing esthician services such as facials, waxing, massage techniques, lash and brow services. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfactionExperience or ability to assist in sales and product recommendationsCommitment to maintaining a clean and professional environmentPassion for beauty and wellness, with a client-focused approachState esthetician license requiredCandidante should live within the O’Fallon or surrounding areasPart-time 15-20 hrs/week with the potential for more Base pay $14.50/hr + tips
