The chosen candidate will be responsible for drafting and filing legal motions, preparing for trials, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. Additional responsibilities may include providing legal advice, analyzing case law, and collaborating with the legal team to develop case strategies. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Law, including an understanding of legal principles and proceduresExperience in drafting and filing MotionsFamiliarity with Courts, including courtroom procedures and legal documentationProven experience with Trials and effective trial preparationProficiency in taking and defending DepositionsExceptional research, analytical, and written communication skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in the relevant State BarAbility to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlinesExperience in intellectual property or commercial litigation is a plus
