In this customer-facing role, you will regularly interface with key stakeholders to address complex, organization-specific business process needs, translating them into visionary product demonstrations, and delivering proof-of-concept sessions to prospective customers. You will be joining and supporting a closely-knit team from various backgrounds that not only work hard but also celebrate success along the way.Responsibilities:Identify current and future customer needs by developing trusted advisor relationships and articulate the value of the Planisware Software solution to the customer and its stakeholders.Gather and understand customer’s business needs and challenges and ensure that Planisware Software is closely aligned to help the customer realize their business strategy.Drive customer adoption and successful expansions of Planisware Software.Engage in continuous learning to stay up to date with Planisware's evolving product offerings.Provide product, service, and engineering information by answering questions and requests.Build and present product demos to help showcase Planisware Software internally and externally.Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. Partner with Marketing to create or contribute content and offerings mapped to the target market and buying cycles.Collaborate with our product team, customer-facing functions, and sales enablement team to help shape our offerings.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM or related field.3 years of experience implementing and configuring Planisware Enterprise or other PPM Solutions.A proven track record of lead generation and qualification, account penetration, growth, and revenue recognition.Proven experience in selling one of the following applications: Enterprise software, PPM software, or portfolio management.Proven and successful sales experience in managing resources and complex, multidimensional sales efforts at the customer level and corporate environment.Strong written and oral communication skills.Willingness to travel (US and international).Self-motivated and enthusiastic; capable of working alone or with a team.US citizenship or equivalent employment authorization.Preferred Qualifications: 3 years minimum selling enterprise software and service solutionsPrevious experience working in a fast-paced, emerging organizationCurious, fast learner, and talented in technologyBenefits:3 weeks paid vacationPaid holidaysUp to 4 months maternity leavePaternity leaveLife, short and long-term disability insuranceCompany annual kick-off trip401(k) plan with company variable contributionHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFSA plan, including employer contributionCell phone and internet allowancesQuarterly events/monthly happy hourCompany charitable donation matchCommunity outreachTuition assistance programGraduate programPlanisware currently has a hybrid policy of working in the office four days per week, Monday-Thursday, with remote work allowed on Friday.
