Job TitleProject Coordinator (Construction) (Entry Level)Job DescriptionCape Fox Mountain Point is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will support the Director of Construction Operations and Project Managers in a cross-functional role between Operations and Operations Support priorities including Pre-construction, and Project Controls. This position will report to the Director of Construction Operations and is located in Atlanta, GA.Duties include:Construction Submittal Coordination and processingPreparing pre-construction submittalsEnter and analyze dataGenerate data reportsSubcontract and Purchase order scope-of-work review and reportingProject buy-out assistance, procurement of subcontractors, phone callsPlans and specifications review, contract documents reviewCoordinate badging and submit badge requestsSpreadsheet development and maintenanceOffice management duties like receiving and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, running errands, printing, organizing, scheduling events, etc...Supporting multiple project managers and multiple projects simultaneouslySite visits in support of pre-construction departmentUpdate submittal logs, RFI logs, tracking sheets, etc.The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
