The role also includes tasks such as managing dispatch operations, negotiating rates, and delivering exceptional customer service to grow and sustain a strong client base.Qualifications6 months or more experience in Freight Brokerage operations.Strong skills in Dispatching and Account ManagementGood Customer Service skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasksExperience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plusProficiency in using logistics software and related toolsBook of business required
