Sales Director - APAC (BSS Telco Software)

Business Sales HunterOur client, a high-growth, mid-sized telecoms software business supplying a complex portfolio of Telco BSS solutions, is looking to expand its APAC business and hire a new business sales hunter to develop opportunities in APAC. The role can be based in South East Asia or India. The role involves the following principal activities:Personally prospecting for new business and taking deals from inception to closureHitting revenue targetsEngaging with CXO, CXO-1, and CXO-2 to evangelize our client's value proposition that includes agentic agents and low-code, flexible, and fast configurationRepresent the client at international trade showsBuild, manage, and accurately forecast dealsCorrect tracking of sales activityWorking with presales to create commercially compelling propositionsManaging customer relationships and ensuring satisfactionExperience RequiredPrevious experience of working as a sole contributor selling Telco OSS/BSS softwareA track record of successfully closing new logo business as a sales hunterIdeally, experience of working across more than one country in APACAbility to work remotely and be self-drivenWillingness to travel extensively to visit potential prospects and Telco Service Provider accountsThe client is open to candidates invoicing them or being on a local payroll (depending on the country you are based in).
