Utilizing the most innovative technologies in the industry and a dynamic portfolio, Johnson Brothers of Florida has grown to become one of the top-performing distributors in the country.Our Night Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping activities on the night shift to ensure that we are always properly filling orders for customer’s accounts, ensuring that all items ordered are received.This position is hands on, and expectation is to have a high level of presence out on the Warehouse Floor (80%) in a fast-paced environment. The expected hours for this role are Mon-Thurs 5pm-5am or based upon business needs.Pay: Salaried, DOEStrong Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, 401k/401k Match, Parental Leave, PTO, Paid Holidays, and short & long-term disability.Duties:Schedule order selection and replenishment accordinglyMaintain set work standards for picking orders.Assist and train selection and replenishment personnelManage and develop night shift personnelMaintain quality standards for order selectionMaintain all safety activities for the night shiftManage loading and unloading of product to ensure completion in an efficient and safe manner.Check product and packaging for quality purposes prior to shipping.Reviews orders for shipment to ensure accuracy.Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.Basic RequirementsBilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish required.
