Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the organization in driving growth and delivering strategic technology solutions. The successful CIO will be responsible for addressing technical debt, migrating the Policy Administration system to the Cloud, and enhancing the cybersecurity posture. This role is pivotal in the establishment of a PMO and other enterprise-level initiatives, requiring the CIO to be an integral part of the executive team and to have a strong background in transformation and a proven track record in the P&C industry.Key responsibilities for the CIO include overseeing the technical aspects of the business, with a focus on maturing the cybersecurity function and working towards group-wide goals. Experience in Guidewire Cloud is desirable, and a background in transformation with a proven ability to work with the business to achieve strategic objectives is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the P&C industry and a history of successfully delivering technical solutions. This is a remote role that demands a leader who is not only technically proficient but also adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the company's technology strategy forward.Travel Percent
