Program Director for NASA Sports
Lead the planning and delivery of athletic programs at NASA from a home office. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility for evening and weekend commitments at the Nakiska Alpine Ski Resort.
The Program Director will report directly to the NASA Board of Directors and will oversee both on-snow and dryland training components. This includes working closely with coaches and managing programming that aligns with best practices in the Alpine ski industry. You'll also be responsible for public representation of NASA and creating partnerships within the ski community.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver on and off snow athletic programs
Engage with partners, staff, and volunteers
Monitor and implement best practices in athletic programming
Ensure compliance with ski programming policies
Oversee professional development for coaching staff
Requirements
CSCF Mentor qualifications required
Level III Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance and Development Level certifications
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
