Practice Details Looking for someone with a min of 3 years experience Provide comprehensive surgical care in the treatment of heart and thoracic diseases Collaborative Multidisciplinary team Perform a wide range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repair/replacement, and thoracic surgeries. Collaborate with cardiologists, pulmonologists, and other specialists to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. Participate in the development of clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs. Engage in patient education, ensuring clear communication about procedures, risks, and post-operative care. Contribute to the education and mentorship of residents and medical students, if applicable.
