Team Sales Rep
Overview
Swim and Tri is a leader in the competitive swim team outfitting industry. We are currently looking for full time Team Sales Rep to work out of our Knoxville, TN location. Full time position to include regular store/warehouse hours, as well as on site at pop up shops at industry events, sizings, and swim meets within a two to eight hour drive of Knoxville (throughout AL, GA, NC, MS, VA, WV, FL) approximately two weekends per month. Accommodations provided along with daily per diem.
Position Summary
Creating sales opportunities and servicing designated accounts
Maintaining and updating online databases for prospective clients
Perform sales and service functions for targeted prospective customers
Coordinating with Management Staff to forecast sales and product needs
Targeting geographical areas of interest for growth projections
Maintain team communication network as POC for the company
Following up with team leads and growing new business
Creating sales and programs for new and existing products
Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management techniques
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Service existing customers by taking orders, presenting new product, provide problem solving and customer service and monitor accounts to ensure that orders are shipped and received according to the customer's needs.
Establish new customers via outbound sales through email marketing and calling prospective customers.
Review open order reports and assists in facilitating shipments.
Act as a liaison between company's art department and customer.

Education and Experience Requirements
Associates Degree and/or
1-3 years retail sales experience—inside or outside sales preferred
Able to work with minimum supervision and capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced
Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong PC, spreadsheet skills
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced working environment
Must have good organizational skills and be able to multitask
Willingness to travel within eight hour radius to represent the business in offsite events, which will include some weekends and after traditional business hours
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation to work
Trailer experience preferred but not required
