Regional Sales Manager A fast-expanding diagnostics company is hiring a Regional Sales Leader to oversee and scale a growing sales organization. This role is central to accelerating market penetration, developing strong sales talent, and supporting the continued rollout of cutting-edge laboratory testing solutions. Key Responsibilities Sales Talent Development: Responsible for cultivating and retaining a high-caliber sales workforce. Leadership and Coaching: Provides structured guidance, mentorship, and motivation to enhance individual and team performance. Strategic Planning: Works with senior leadership to design territories and support long-term organizational growth initiatives. Performance Management: Establishes clear performance expectations, defines key performance indicators, and upholds accountability standards. Continuous Support: Monitors progress, delivers ongoing feedback, and addresses obstacles that may hinder success. Market Analysis: Utilizes customer insights and market data to guide strategic decisions and identify emerging opportunities. Account Development: Strengthens relationships with key accounts and contributes to customer retention and expansion efforts. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and other internal departments to support organizational objectives. Organizational Adaptability: Responds effectively to shifting business priorities within a rapidly evolving environment.
