Position Title: Intern - Game Day OperationsOrganization: Little Rock Rangers (USL League Two / WPSL)Location: Little Rock, ARCompensation: Unpaid Internship (College Credit Available)Position DescriptionAs the Operations Intern for the Little Rock Rangers, you will play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day and matchday logistics of the club. This hands-on internship provides valuable experience in the operational side of a semi-professional soccer organization, offering opportunities to assist with event coordination, facility management, and fan experience initiatives. This position is ideal for a highly motivated college student pursuing a career in sports management or event operations. Interns will gain firsthand experience working with the club's operations staff to ensure smooth and professional execution of all team and community events.Primary Responsibilities• Assist with the setup and breakdown of matchday and event operations.• Help coordinate game-day staff, vendors, and volunteers.• Support merchandise operations, including setup, sales, and inventory management on matchdays.• Organize and maintain inventory of operational supplies, uniforms, and equipment.• Participate in internal planning meetings and assist with special event execution.• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Operations Department and front office staff.• Serve as a representative of the Little Rock Rangers during home matches, ensuring a professional andwelcoming environment for fans and partners.Qualifications• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sport Management, Event Management, Business, ora related field.• Must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Passion for soccer and enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for home matches and events.• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer service mindset.Learning Opportunities• Gain hands-on experience in game-day operations and sports event management.• Develop professional skills in logistics, planning, and team coordination.• Work directly with the club's operations and front office staff in a professional soccer environment.• Build a network of contacts and references within the sports industry.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.Job Questions:Do you currently live in the Central Arkansas area?
