Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional programs focused on Salesforce platforms, Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, and billing operations. This role will drive end-to-end execution of strategic technical initiatives across business systems, partnering with engineering, product, finance, sales operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex technical programs involving Salesforce ecosystem integrations, GTM processes, billing systems, and enterprise system transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs across Salesforce, GTM systems, and billing platforms
- Drive program planning, execution, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Partner with engineering, product, sales operations, finance, and business teams to define scope and delivery milestones
- Manage cross-functional initiatives involving Salesforce integrations, CRM workflows, CPQ, quote-to-cash, and billing processes
- Coordinate technical delivery across multiple teams while ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are met
- Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and execution challenges and drive resolution proactively
- Support process improvements and program governance for scalable execution
- Facilitate executive-level status reporting, roadmap communication, and stakeholder alignment
- Collaborate with technical teams on architecture dependencies, system integration planning, and release coordination
- Ensure successful delivery of enterprise business systems transformation initiatives
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Technical Program / Project Management experience
- Strong experience managing enterprise technical programs involving Salesforce
- Experience with GTM systems, CRM operations, sales workflows, and business systems transformation
- Strong knowledge of billing systems / quote-to-cash / subscription billing / finance systems
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / CPQ preferred)
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, enterprise platforms, and technical delivery
- Strong program governance, risk management, and dependency management skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills
- Experience working in Agile
