The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and real estate, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.We are expanding nationwide and need new disposition managers to our team.Job Duties:As a Dispositions Manager, you will be responsible for:Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, agents, and wholesalersAttending local networking meet-ups and events to expand our network and reachManaging and selling our wholesale inventory, ensuring maximum profitabilityHandling and coordinating Novation deals and other transactional tasksCommunicating effectively with clients and team members via phone, email, and in-person meetingsUtilizing prior sales and real estate knowledge to maximize opportunities and drive company growthQualifications:Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industryStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsComfortable with talking on the phone and conducting sales callsAbility to attend local networking events and represent the company professionallyHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a teamPrior knowledge of the real estate market and wholesaling process is preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation package, including base salary and performance-based bonusesOpportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding companySupportive and collaborative work environmentProfessional development and ongoing training opportunities
