As a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and fostering strong relationships to enhance their dealership experience. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling appointments. Engage with potential and existing customers via email, chat, and other communication channels to promote dealership services and offers. Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date customer database, accurately logging all interactions and activities. Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and a smooth handover process. Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Provide knowledgeable responses to customer queries regarding vehicle features, financing options, and dealership policies. Continuously update personal knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers. Act as an ambassador for the dealership, consistently upholding brand values and delivering a superior customer experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or sales is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and in written communications. Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
