About The RoleThe Operations Manager (North Bound) will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational activities within the designated northern region of the United States. This role focuses on ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and adherence to company policies to meet organizational goals. The manager will lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance productivity, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. They will act as a key liaison between field operations and corporate leadership, providing strategic insights and operational updates.
