This role requires the ability to thrive in a high-volume setting while providing exceptional service to clients and performing leadership functions.Duties:Represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency throughout their legal journey.Evaluate potential new client case facts to determine the viability of claims.Ensure compliance with legal processes and inter-office protocols during clients' medical treatments.Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor the finalization of settlement disbursement.Perform management and leadership functions within the firm.Provide strategic legal counsel and advocate on behalf of clients in personal injury cases.Requirements:Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or in the process of obtaining CharacterFitness clearance.Previous experience in plaintiff personal injury cases is preferred.Ability to excel in a high-volume legal environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.Capability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.Demonstrated business judgment and a high level of professionalism.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Membership in the Arizona State Bar or eligibility to practice law in Arizona.Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.Proficient in legal research and case management.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Benefits Offered:401(k) planDental InsuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
