Senior Finance Manager

I'm partnering with a high-growth, tech-enabled company in the real estate space on a Strategic Finance hire. This is a highly visible role supporting leadership on key financial initiatives, modeling, and strategic decision-making.What You'll DoLead the annual budgeting process, partnering cross-functionally to align on forecasts and key assumptionsOwn and maintain financial models and reporting frameworks to support monthly and long-range planningDeliver insights and analysis to executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, board-level discussions, and fundraising effortsPartner with senior leadership to support capital strategy initiatives, including various financing structures and diligence processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, GTM, Operations) to evaluate new initiatives, unit economics, and resource allocationDevelop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to track key financial and operational metricsTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholdersSupport ad hoc analysis and strategic projects, contributing to the evolution of the finance functionWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or related field4–6 years of experience in investment banking and/or corporate financeStrong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiencyExperience supporting financing activities, capital structure analysis, or strategic finance initiativesExperience with ERP and financial tools (NetSuite or similar preferred; exposure to analytics platforms is a plus)
