This contractor role is ideal for therapists who value expressive techniques, interactive tools, and developmentally appropriate interventions within a modern model of care.You will have the opportunity to use our immersive virtual therapy platform to engage clients through interactive elements, creative activities, and safe online environments. You may also run sessions in our Norcross office using traditional play therapy tools and child friendly spaces. As your caseload grows, this position can expand into a full time opportunity.Hours: Minimum of 4-5 clients per week with flexible scheduling and caseload build. Minimum of 10 clients per week for associate and pre licensed therapists.Applicants must reside in the United States.We are not accepting applicants outside of the United States. ResponsibilitiesProvide therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults through our virtual therapy platform and in person office spaceIntegrate expressive tools and utilize virtual therapy spaces to achieve optimal outcomesConduct clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plansSupport emotional regulation, trauma processing, self expression, and social skill developmentUtilize evidence based frameworks such as CBT, DBT and (ACT) to deliver therapyCollaborate with parents and caregivers as clinically appropriateMonitor client safety, clinical progress, and overall engagementMaintain clear and timely clinical documentation and progress note takingCoordinate care with schools, pediatricians, or community providers when neededFollow HIPAA standards and professional ethical guidelinesQualificationsMaster’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institutionClinical licensure or associate level status: LAPC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSWA, PsyD or equivalent. Registered Play Therapist preferred.Familiarity with child development, attachment theory, and trauma informed careStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build rapport with children, teens, and young adultsComfortable facilitating sessions within virtual environments and using digital toolsExperience using EHR systems like Simple Practice preferredCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive hourly ratesPotential signing bonusInsurance credentialing includedCompany provided office space for in person sessionsFree supervision availableOpportunities to guide the development of virtual therapy toolsAbility to receive stock optionsMinimum case load for pre-licensed/associate therapists is 10 sessions per week.
