Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The role involves assisting licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services, implementing personalized therapeutic programs for children, and monitoring patient progress. Responsibilities include facilitating rehabilitation exercises, supporting patients in developing essential skills for daily activities, and collaborating with patients’ families and care teams to achieve goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy techniques and practicesExperience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care with childrenAbility to contribute to Program Development and adapt therapy plans as neededFamiliarity with providing therapy in Home Care settings is an advantageValid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and state licensureStrong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, families, and a multidisciplinary teamAbility to maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirementsPrevious experience in pediatric therapy or related fields is preferred
