This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $480,000 to $515,000 per year plus incentives, quality bonus, CME allowance, sign-on bonus, medical debt assistance, relocation allowance, residency stipend, Medical Director stipend, health benefits, retirement plan, and marketing plus practice growth assistance.The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with endo block time on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The call schedule is manageable with 8 weekdays and one weekend a month. You will be joining a team that includes one registration clerk, one respiratory tech, and a medical assistant, supported by a hospital-based clinic department to handle day-to-day operations, billing, and staff management.About the location:Alexander City, AL, is nestled in the southern foothills of the Appalachians and surrounded by beautiful lakes, parklands, and a National Forest.
