This is an ideal opportunity for someone with ~1+ year of experience as a Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant PM, or estimating exposure looking to move from operations into the developer side.About the RoleSupport planning and execution of projects from early design through construction start.ResponsibilitiesSupport budgeting and cost planning through design phasesAssist with quantity takeoffs, bid reviews, and subcontractor pricingCoordinate with architects, consultants, and internal development teamsReview drawings and identify scope gaps and constructability issuesHelp maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement trackersSupport value engineering exercises and cost-saving initiativesParticipate in due diligence and preconstruction meetingsAssist with bid packages and contractor communicationsTrack design changes and budget impactsQualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredRequired Skills1–3 years' experience as a Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant PM, Estimator, or similarExposure to multifamily, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or ground-up construction preferredStrong understanding of construction drawings and project delivery processProficient in Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction softwareStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in multifamily developmentFamiliarity with project management software
